Arrival

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment as this allows time to change into a bathrobe, fill out our consultation form and unwind in the relaxation lounge (social distancing apply).

Cancellation Policy

The time for your experience has been exclusively reserved for you. However, if your plans change, we do request the courtesy of 48 hours notice to cancel appointments.

Gift Certificates

The Day Spa is delighted to offer customised gift cards. Please ask reception for more details. Gift cards must be redeemed within 3 years. Please quote your voucher number when booking and present voucher on arrival.

Your well-being is our priority. As we use natural products like essential oils and plant extracts please inform us of any health conditions when scheduling the appointment and we will plan a tailored treatment.

At the end of your treatment you will receive the prescription with products suited to your skin.
